Taking out her phone, Hu Yuying entered the chat group of the three little girls.
@Qingxue @Waning: "We're having lunch at home when we get back this afternoon."
Waning: "You finally remembered us! I thought we were about to be forgotten (crying emoji)."
Qingxue: "(sneaky smile emoji)"
Qingxue: "I've already been abandoned (crying loudly emoji)."
Waning: "(confused emoji) Details, please."
Watching Qingxue and Waning chat in the group, a smile never left Hu Yuying's face.
@Yuying: "Isn't living with my brother just wonderful?"
Yuying: "(sneaky smile emoji) Not telling you (laughing emoji)."
During the chat, Hu Yuying had already returned to her dorm.
Her roommates, seeing her come back, eagerly asked what had happened during the nights she hadn’t returned.
Facing their teasing, Hu Yuying didn’t hide anything. She told them she had rented a place with Long Ge and had come back today to pack some clothes.

After packing some of her things, her phone buzzed with a message from Li Qingxue, prompting her to leave the dorm.
Downstairs, she spotted Li Qingxue standing in the corridor.
“Qingxue.”
Hearing her name, Li Qingxue turned to Hu Yuying and quickly walked over. “What are we having for lunch?”
“How about stir-fried chicken?”
“Sounds good!” Li Qingxue grinned, her youthful beauty shining through at that moment.
Suddenly remembering something, Li Qingxue looked seriously at Hu Yuying and said, “By the way, after you guys left last night, I saw that guy from your class, Xue Shaohua, chasing after your car.”
“Be careful; he seems a bit crazy.”
Hearing this, Hu Yuying frowned tightly. “Is he out of his mind?”
“I think so. Just keep your distance from him.”
Hu Yuying nodded. “It’s fine; Long Ge will come to pick me up.”
She felt a bit confused. She had made herself clear to Xue Shaohua; her communication skills should be decent, right?

Soon, the faces of Hu Yuying and Li Qingxue appeared on the screen.
“Lazy Waning still hasn’t gotten out of bed,” Li Qingxue joked.
Lin Waning ruffled her slightly messy hair. “What are we having for lunch?”
Hu Yuying couldn’t help but laugh. “Even the cool Waning has a soft spot for food.”
“Hmm?” Li Qingxue suddenly sensed something was off. “Hey, Yuying, do you think I’m a foodie...?”
Watching the two playfully banter on the video, Lin Waning sighed. “You two are having so much fun; have you considered my feelings?”
“Waning, are your classes really that intense?”
Lin Waning turned over, lying lazily on her bed with a smirk. “Do I look busy to you?”
With different majors, Lin Waning indeed had a bit more free time compared to Hu Yuying and Li Qingxue.
“Why don’t you come hang out at our college later?” Li Qingxue suggested. “Yuying and I should be done around 9:40, and we can go together for lunch.”
“Sounds good! I’ll come find you guys and check out your campus.”
After making plans, Lin Waning ended the video call, reached under her pillow, and pulled out a silver bracelet. The sunlight streaming through the window bathed her in warmth, making her feel relaxed and lazy.
Gently putting the bracelet on her wrist, a hint of blush appeared on her delicate face.
“Ah Ying, I just want a little bit of my brother; it won’t affect you, my dear sister.”
After jogging a few laps on the playground and checking her online store’s backend, she returned to her dorm to tidy up before leaving the academy.
Meanwhile, on the other side.
Receiving a message, Hu Yuying immediately recognized where Waning was.
She got up to leave, passing by the door.
“Are you okay?” came a voice filled with concern.
Hu Yuying pretended not to hear, not even giving a glance, and walked straight out.
Watching Hu Yuying’s attitude towards him, Xue Shaohua let out a sigh, pressing his hand tightly against his chest.
Looking at her retreating figure, he smiled bitterly. “I’m clearly the one who worries about you the most. Why can’t you see me?”
“Even though I’m a lone wolf in the dark, licking my wounds in silence, I still need a bit of light.”
“Why can’t you understand my feelings?” At this point, Xue Shaohua chuckled self-deprecatingly. “You have no idea how much it hurts to see you taken away by Long Aotian.”
“If only you would just look back at me once, I would hold you gently in my hands, protecting you, instead of letting that rough man hurt you…”
“Seeing you looking so weak really breaks my heart…”

“It’s your scent.” Lin Waning pointed at Li Qingxue. “Everyone has a unique smell. We’ve showered together so many times; I remember yours.”
After saying that, she reached out to tickle Qingxue. “You said there’s a reward for guessing right, so how about you reward me by letting me tickle you?”
“Not a chance! You just want to take advantage of me.”
“Then let’s both take advantage of Yuying later.” To avoid being tickled, Li Qingxue suggested.
“Alright, Qingxue, I was going to help you, but now it looks like it’ll be me and Waning tickling you instead.” Just then, Hu Yuying arrived and overheard.
The three little girls played around for a while before starting to explore A University’s campus.
The university’s campus was indeed vast. As mentioned before, unless one was looking for it, it was hard to run into someone on campus.
Even though Hu Yuying and Li Qingxue had been enrolled for quite some time, there were still many places they hadn’t visited.
With Waning joining them, the three little girls began to wander around the campus.
