The dish soap, steel wool, and tricycle were all cleaned up by two people.

After sipping some thin porridge, he headed to the train station to buy tickets to Yi Niao.
Once on the train, despite her desire to appear calm, Hu Yu Ying’s tightly clenched hands betrayed her nervousness.
Watching the scenery blur past outside, Long Ao Tian chuckled, “Why don’t you take a nap? We’ve still got a while to go.”
Hu Yu Ying shook her head, her palm pressed firmly against the hidden pocket she had sewn: “I’m not sleepy. No need to sleep.”

Around four-thirty, they boarded the train, and by the time they arrived at Yi Niao Station, it was already past nine.
He gently shook the still-sleeping Hu Yu Ying: “Wipe your drool before you go back to sleep.”
Hu Yu Ying blinked groggily, quickly lowering her head, embarrassed as she raised a hand to touch the corner of her mouth.

“We’ll grab a bite to eat, then I’ll take you to stock up.”

“Long Ge, where are we going now?” After breakfast, Hu Yu Ying closely followed Long Ao Tian, unwilling to stray even a step away.
“This is Yi Niao, the largest wholesale market. A lot of the small goods you see in stores come from here.”
“So we’re here to wholesale clothes?”

“This place?” Hu Yu Ying looked around at the tall walls and trees, somewhat puzzled.
“Just wait a moment.” Long Ao Tian glanced around, then jumped up, grabbing onto the wall. With a pull of his arms, he hoisted himself up like he was doing a pull-up.
“It’s fine.” He released his grip and landed back on the ground.
“Come on.” Long Ao Tian crouched slightly, gesturing for Hu Yu Ying to step onto his hands and then onto his shoulders.
“Ah? Long Ge, I’m scared.” Hu Yu Ying’s face showed embarrassment and a hint of timidity.
“If you’re too scared to go in, just wait for me here.”
As he said this, he prepared to climb over the wall.
“No, Long Ge, I want to go in; I just... don’t want to step on you...” Hu Yu Ying’s voice trailed off at the end.
“What’s the big deal? Just come on.”
Obediently, Hu Yu Ying moved closer to Long Ao Tian.
“Get a bit closer.”
She glanced up at him, biting her lip, and inched closer.
At that moment, Hu Yu Ying was very close to Long Ao Tian—so close that their bodies were just inches apart.
She could even feel the warmth radiating from him.
“Turn around and face away from me.”
“Oh, okay.” Already feeling shy, she immediately turned to face the wall.
“Ready?” Long Ao Tian’s body pressed closer, and she could almost hear his breath and heartbeat.
“Mm-hmm.”
Just as she answered, her legs were suddenly wrapped tightly, and in the next moment, a powerful force lifted her off the ground.
“Don’t just stand there; hold onto the wall. I’ll lift you up.” Hearing Long Ge’s voice behind her, Hu Yu Ying nodded dazedly, still in shock.
Long Ge was lifting her high?
Shaking her head to clear her thoughts, she quickly grabbed the edge of the wall, and with Long Ge’s help, she successfully climbed over.
Long Ao Tian used the same method to scale the wall, jumping down and spreading his arms toward Hu Yu Ying: “Come on, I’ll catch you.”
Hu Yu Ying looked at him nervously, her voice trembling: “Long, Long Ge, you have to catch me!”
“Don’t worry, I’ll definitely catch you. Trust me.”
“Mm-hmm, I trust you, Long Ge.” Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes and jumped.
“Hey!” He caught her in his arms, spinning around to absorb the impact before gently patting her back: “All good, you’re safe now.”
At that moment, Hu Yu Ying was tense all over. Hearing Long Ao Tian’s words, she slowly opened her eyes, and when she saw him holding her, her cheeks flushed with embarrassment, uncontrollably so.
The tips of her ears, half-hidden by her long hair, were even redder than blood.
Gently stepping back from Long Ao Tian’s embrace, she still felt his warmth lingering on her, as if he were still holding her. The only sound in her ears was the pounding of her heart, and it took her a while to regain her composure.
Long Ao Tian, not thinking much of it, smiled at Hu Yu Ying: “You’re really brave.”
Hearing his words, Hu Yu Ying instinctively nodded: “Mm-hmm, I’m very brave too.”
“Just a couple of compliments, and you’re all puffed up.”
“It’s all thanks to Long Ge’s influence.”
The two continued walking forward.
After circling around, they finally saw workers loading goods onto trucks.
Long Ao Tian faced Hu Yu Ying, brushing off the dust from his hands and straightening his clothes: “So, what do you think?”
“Looks good, Long Ge.”
Long Ao Tian patted the dust off Hu Yu Ying’s knees: “Relax; we’re just here to pick up the goods.”
